What to Expect

Your first session is free! Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water. We provide all the equipment you need to get started.

The safety and wellbeing of our members, especially children and vulnerable adults, is our top priority.

Our Commitment

All our instructors are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding procedures. We follow the guidelines set out by our governing body and local authority.
